Program
Vinyasa Yoga classes - you will experience a dynamic and fluid practice that synchronizes breath with movement. Move through sequences of postures (asanas) that build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness while harnessing the power of pranayama (breath) and mindfulness. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the flow, allowing you to find your own best yoga and inspiring self-expression in an enlivening group practice. Suitable to all levels.
Beginners Yoga classes provide a nurturing and supportive environment for anyone new to yoga. Our instructors will guide you through foundational poses, teach breath awareness, and help you develop a strong foundation. You will be guided through each step with clear instructions and modifications as needed to develop stamina, flexibility and self-awareness on your yoga journey.

Yoga Sculpt classes combine yoga with strength training and infuse traditional yoga sequences with weights, resistance training and cardio bursts. Sculpt, tone, and challenge your body while reaping the transformative benefits of yoga and movement. Sweat it and love it. Perfect to get your day going, focused and empowered.
Our SlowFlow classes focus on breathwork, postures, relaxation and meditation through slow sequences of postures, corrections and alignments. Traditionally in the style Hatha yoga but with more dynamic and flowing connections and transitions. This is an excellent class to develop the intricate foundations of yoga in a safe and supportive environment where corrections and adjustments are personalised. Expect to enhance strength and flexibility, clarify the body and harmonise with mind.
Yin Yoga classes offer deeper transformation and introspection. Focus on longer holds in gentle poses that target the connective tissues, align the skeletal structure and nurture the whole body. Sink into stillness, release tension, and cultivate a sense of grounding and inner balance. Accrue the profound benefits of this deep practice.
