Pilates
Our studio provides both group mat classes and varied private sessions, ensuring that you can choose the format that best suits your preferences and goals.
Group Matt Classes
With our group classes, which accommodate maximum of 10 participants for a duration of one hour, you benefit from the energy and motivation of a group setting, while still receiving individual attention. Small accessories are incorporated to enhance your workout. You'll leave feeling stronger, energised, and more in tune with your body.
For newcomers to Pilates, it is recommend to begin with a private session before joining a group. This will familiarise you with the Pilates principles, address specific body issues and enable you to modify or intensify exercises in a group setting in order for you to fully reap the benefits of your Pilates work.
Private Classes
Experience the tailored one-on-one approach of our private Pilates sessions. Whether you're a beginner or experienced practitioner, our sessions feature apparatuses like the reformer and mat exercises, and are designed to meet your unique needs and goals. Through targeted exercises and customised programming, our one-hour private Pilates sessions can help you address specific areas of concern, improve your technique, and deepen your understanding of the Pilates method for your best benefit. Online classes can also be arranged.
Semi-Private / Duet classes
An excellent practice to share the benefits of Pilates with a friend, family member, or partner. With 2-3 clients working together for one hour, these classes include apparatuses (like the reformer) and mat exercises, tailored to your individual needs. So strengthening bonds while improving fitness and well-being. Online classes can also be arranged.

Pilates – group classes, duet and private classes, reformer and therapy
For me Pilates is more than physical exercise, it's a transformative mind and body journey suitable for everyone, regardless of age, body shape or phase of life.
With a background in film and retail, I understand how easily we can lose touch with ourselves, often developing habits that affect both our mental and physical well-being.
Through Pilates, I've discovered how functional movement can improve our mindset, physical health and outlook on life.
I firmly believe that Pilates should be both challenging and fun. In my classes, I strive to cultivate a supportive atmosphere where clients feel welcomed and valued. What inspires me most is the diversity of my clients as we are all so beautifully unique, and my ultimate goal is to empower you to unlock your body's full potential, enabling you to find freedom and confidence within your own body.
I am a qualified Pilates instructor with a range of comprehensive Pilates courses, including the Pilates Beginner & Intermediate Mat work, Reformer, Accessories, and Rotation for Scoliosis & Sport courses, all accredited by Pilates Academy SA.
I'm excited to help you discover the freedom and joy of moving well through Pilates.
